Kate Hill, cook, author, and charcuterie teacher is coming to visit the Plum Lyon Teaching Kitchen from her Gascon culinary training center and retreat, Camont. Opportunity knocks for a jolt of pure southwest France at Plum. This is what you get: A Saturday afternoon in November 2017 preparing the in-depth recipe for Kate's classic cassoulet under her tutelage. As a plus, she will guide the group through the preparation of a classic Gascon appetizer and a prunes en Armagnac themed dessert. Our autumn afternoon of cooking is followed by a private dinner for participants. This event takes place only once this year and attendance is limited.
