We understand that sometimes plans change or mistakes are made while you plan your trip. Plum will honor all reasonable cancellation requests with a 100% refund.

Please understand however that a reasonable time frame is needed to re-fill a cancelled spot in a class. If you cancel less than 10 days before the class you reserved is to take place, a refund will only be provided if the reservation you liberated is filled before class time.
