Since 2007, Lucy Vanel has welcomed cooks from around the world to her kitchen for hands-on Market Table and French Pastry workshops. A French-certified pâtissière through l’Académie de Lyon, Lucy bridges French and American culinary traditions with warmth, rigor, and creativity. Her teaching style reflects eighteen years of devotion to seasonality, craftsmanship, and the joy of sharing the table.
In 2026, Plum Lyon Teaching Kitchen enters its next chapter, focusing on immersive five-day workshops that invite time, mastery, and connection at the heart of French and Lyonnaise cuisine.
