Private Workshop: Herbs in French Cooking

Big bunches of fresh herbs of every kind collide on the kitchen island for this workshop. We discuss and experience a variety of fresh herbs and greens, to make sense of their uses and the ways they make their way to the French table. This hands-on cooking class combines technique with essential flavors of French cooking, with a close up examination of the herbs' textures, flavors and aromas. We cook with the classic French and regional culinary herb groupings, wild foraged herbs in season, and more in this class, to bring new inspiration and focus to your habits with herbs at home.

The class culminates with an apéro spread where we taste our prepared dishes, and an herb themed cocktail.

The class is limited to 6-8 participants.
All levels of cooks are welcome in this class.
