As Plum Lyon Teaching Kitchen enters its next chapter, Lucy chanels eighteen years of dedicated teaching experience into a more immersive rhythm: one that invites time, mastery, and connection at the heart of French and Lyonnaise cuisine.

In 2024, Plum Lyon Teaching Kitchen turns its focus to five-day immersive workshops: A pathway to slow mastery and deeper connection with French and Lyonnaise cuisine. This new rhythm nurtures a lifelong project of welcoming cooks who seek deeper understanding of the French culinary arts, French regional foodways and traditions, and historical discovery of la cuisine Lyonnaise.
