Hold Your Spot: 2026 Five-Day Immersive French Culinary Workshops
This page is for students who have arranged with Lucy to reserve a place in a 5-day Immersive French Culinary Workshop by placing a 30% deposit. If we have corresponded and confirmed your preferred workshop date, you will see your personalized line item listed below. The deposit amount is 30% of the total workshop fee (€654) per person. The remaining balance (€1526) per person is due eight weeks prior to the start of your workshop.

After holding your spot in a 5-day workshop with a deposit, Lucy will send an e-mail reminder for final payment 12 weeks before the workshop.
Important: By placing your deposit, you are blocking one of a small number of available spots. Please let us know immediately should you need to cancel. If a workshop is sold out, and you have held a spot with a deposit for more than 30 days, we cannot provide a refund for your deposit we cannot fill your spot from the waiting list.
