Private Workshop: La Pâte Feuilletée - Puff Pastry
In this illuminating 3 hour workshop, we knead, beat, fold, learn technique, and fold again to full individual batches of buttery, fluffy, far superior to store-bought puff, la pâte feuilletée. Each class covers cutting and baking technique to get the most of what you've made.
This is a private class limited to 6 participants.
Private workshops are priced at a minimum fee, which reflects the cost of opening the kitchen and dedicating a full day to preparation, instruction, and cleanup. The current minimum fee covers up to four participants in your private class. This minimum applies regardless of the number of participants, and increases for groups larger than four.
