French Vintage: La Religieuse

"La Religieuse" is a classic French pastry that incorporates FIVE useful pastry techniques: la pâte à choux, un craquelin, la crème pâtissière, application of fondant patissière, and crème au beurre. The prerequisite for this class is only a love of French pastry, and a desire to make gorgeous classic French pastry at home. You will create your own pastries to share with others in this immersion into the many things you can create with the most humble of ingredients, and a bit of technique that you'll learn here at Plum Lyon from a French trained pâtissière.

We keep this class small, with a 6 student limit.
