Croissants, A-Z

€160
The simple beauty of a fresh baked croissant for breakfast is one of the memories we all carry with us well after a visit to France. Join Lucy as she walks you step-by-step through the croissant making process, to teach you to prepare a classic French yeast-risen feuilletage and roll, cut, fold and bake your own croissants, pain au chocolate, and a specialty viennoiserie, all from basic ingredients you can find in your pantry at home.

This class is limited to four people, to allow each participant the chance to get hands-on experience.

Since yeast-risen puff pastry is a multi-step process that takes time to allow the dough to rest, rise, and develop flavor, some steps will have been completed in advance to allow the class to expediently progress through the whole croissant making process. This way you can have experience with each step and can leave the class with your own finished pastry.
